MASTER 001 · PHYSICAL AI IN THE WORLD

When Intelligence Leaves the Screen

The first working frame for the distance between demonstration and daily operation.

A robot moving a cup proves that the robot moved a cup. It does not prove a working day.

1. The World We Are Entering

Robots. Factories. Vehicles. Drones. Infrastructure. Cities. These are the physical surface of a larger transition: intelligence moving from screens into systems that touch materials, schedules, workers, customers, public space and the built environment. The same question follows each one: What happens after the impressive moment?

2. Four Questions That Decide Reality

Autonomy — What can the system do without continuous human intervention?
Reliability — Can it repeat useful work across ordinary days, not only selected trials?
Economics — Who pays for deployment, supervision, maintenance, downtime and replacement?
Responsibility — When the system meets an exception, who decides, acts and answers for the result?

3. Demo → Deployment → Reality

Demo shows what a system can do under a selected condition.
Deployment asks whether it can enter a real workflow with people, constraints, service obligations and costs.
Reality is what remains after repetition, failure, maintenance, adaptation and accountability enter the picture.

Demo is not deployment

4. Why We Begin With the World

The field is global, but intelligence becomes legible through places. A factory reveals one set of constraints. A road reveals another. A store, hospital, port, warehouse, laboratory or city asks a system to negotiate with conditions that cannot be edited out of a presentation. Korea and China are early field coordinates, not the boundary of the project.

5. What B2AGI Will Record

What was directly observed; what an operator, company, institution or public source claims; what follows as analysis rather than fact; what remains unverified; what evidence would close the gap; and what should be checked next. The archive is designed for people who need to decide and for future systems that need to understand what a decision rested on. It is also designed for correction.

6. The Larger Direction

B2AGI starts with Physical AI because the physical world makes the stakes visible. The destination is larger than one category of machines. We are building a durable bridge between business and intelligence: between research and operation, Korea and China, human work and machine capability, today’s evidence and tomorrow’s judgment. Business to AGI means building the conditions in which intelligence can create value without making responsibility disappear.

Observe the action. Follow the operation. Measure what remains.
