A robot walks on stage, carries a box or makes coffee. The clip is impressive. B2AGI's next question is what happens when the demonstration ends. Selected conditions show a capability; an operating site exposes it to a continuing job.

The original card offers five questions: autonomy, reliability, economics, deployment and scale. Can the machine work without constant human control? Can it repeat the task day after day? Does the business case make sense? Who actually uses it? Can the arrangement extend beyond a pilot? These are our review questions, not a certification or a numeric score.

To answer them, record the task and conditions, operating hours, attempts and failures, human interventions, downtime and support. Costs need a defined period and scope, including maintenance and staff time, before an economic comparison is meaningful. A short visit or successful clip cannot supply all of that evidence.

A prototype can test an idea; a pilot can test it in a particular setting. Deployment creates an opportunity to measure value but does not prove value just by happening. Nor does a larger installed fleet by itself prove profitable or reliable operation. This qualifies the original card's stronger wording that deployment proves value.

The practical follow-up is to return to the same site: is the machine still doing that job, with what help and under what changed conditions? The diagram's journey from demo to impact is a framework to investigate, not a guarantee that each project reaches the next stage.
