Demo to deployment: Chinese and Korean

Web editorial adaptation

From demo to deployment, ask what evidence each term actually describes. This glossary preserves six practical distinctions from the original caption; it is not a universal certification ladder.

Demonstration (demo) / 演示 / 시연: a presentation showing what a system can do under selected conditions. Success in that setting does not establish performance under changed conditions.

Pilot operation / 试点运行 / 시범 운영: a limited trial in the intended operating environment to test performance, workflow fit and risks.

Deployment / 部署 / 현장 배치: putting a system into its intended operating environment for use. Korean wording varies: 배포 for software, 배치 or 도입 for field use.

Commercialization / 商业化 / 상용화: turning technology into a product or service offered to customers through a business model. The label alone does not prove profitability or sustained demand.

Human intervention / 人工干预 / 인간 개입: a person assists, corrects, supervises or takes control. Record intervention alongside operating time or completed tasks so the observation has context.

Operating cost / 运营成本 / 운영 비용: ongoing expenses to run and support a system. The purchase price alone is not the operating cost.

These are not mandatory successive stages: a pilot can be paid, and an internal deployment may involve no external sale. Check autonomy, safety, reliability, economics and scale separately. Ask where it operates, who supports it, how often people intervene, what a completed task costs and how long performance has lasted. Record unknowns too. DEMO → DEPLOYMENT IN CHINESE & KOREAN 🤖🌐 English · 中文 · 한국어 How do you discuss robot deployment, commercialization, and operating costs in Chinese or Korean? B2AGI’s multilingual AI glossary connects six practical terms with pronunciation, definitions, and questions for real-world evaluation. 从演示到实际应用,要看什么证据? 시연에서 실제 운영까지, 무엇을 확인해야 할까요? DEMONSTRATION · DEMO 🇨🇳 演示 — yǎnshì 🇰🇷 시연 — siyeon A presentation showing what a system can do under selected conditions. PILOT OPERATION 🇨🇳 试点运行 — shìdiǎn yùnxíng 🇰🇷 시범 운영 — sibeom unyeong A limited trial in an intended operating environment to test performance, workflow fit, and risks. DEPLOYMENT 🇨🇳 部署 — bùshǔ 🇰🇷 현장 배치 — hyeonjang baechi Putting a system into its intended operating environment so it can be used. Korean wording varies: 배포 for software; 배치 or 도입 for field use. A pilot can be paid. An internal deployment may involve no external sale. Check autonomy, reliability, economics, and scale separately. Ask: Where is it operating? Who operates and supports it? How often does a human intervene? What does each completed task cost? How long has it sustained that performance? Record the evidence—and what remains unknown.
