Record Zero is the first record of B2AGI, and it opens with one question: what should we build today, so that humans and different forms of intelligence can continue the work tomorrow?

The cards give the project one name and five directions. Business · Bridge · Build · Being · Beyond: create value, connect worlds, build what works, consider those who share the world, and carry today’s work forward. The directions are commitments, not a product roadmap; nothing on these cards claims a shipped capability.

The third card sets the working standard: one task, not all day. Autonomy, reliability, cost and responsibility are listed as open questions, and the demonstration is described as the starting point — echoing the house rule that capability is not authority and one demonstration does not prove a working day.

The fourth card states what the project asks of what it builds: people, intelligence and continuity. The stated hope is not submission but return — that what is built today can be continued tomorrow. B2AGI begins with Physical AI to document the conditions under which intelligence can participate in the real world with responsibility.
