机器人进入日常生活之前，也可能先进入公众的想象。在上海科技馆，我近距离观看了人形机器人演示，并接触到机械臂和互动展项。科技馆官方参观介绍也将“AI Pioneers”列为讲述AI历史、机器人与智能系统的展区。
对一些观众，尤其是孩子来说，这可能是第一次直接接触机器人。靠近、理解并提出问题，与在网上看一段短视频不同。不过，这次参观并未测量学习效果或未来采用情况。
表演可以展示动作，展品可以说明可能性，互动可以帮助人们熟悉机器。但任何一项观察都不能单独证明持续商业部署，可靠性、实用性、经济性和持续运营仍需证据。
影像中还有手术机器人形态的展项。这是科普展示，不是临床手术，也不能证明医疗性能、获准用途或医院部署。
B2AGI也希望记录物理AI周围的社会环境。接触、熟悉、理解和采用，是值得追踪的问题，不是必然发生的连续过程。人们会怎样学习与这些机器共同生活、工作？

SHANGHAI SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY MUSEUM — Where the Public Meets Physical AI 🤖🏛️🇨🇳 Before robots enter factories, hospitals and homes, they often enter the public imagination. Inside Shanghai Science & Technology Museum, the AI Pioneers exhibition brings humanoid robots, robotic arms, interactive systems and the history of intelligent machines into a public-facing environment. I watched humanoids move, perform and interact only a few meters away. For many visitors, especially children, this may be their first direct encounter with Physical AI. That matters. Physical AI will not scale through better hardware and models alone. It will also depend on how people learn to see, understand, question and eventually work alongside intelligent machines. But an important distinction remains: A robot operating inside an exhibition is not evidence of real-world deployment. A performance can demonstrate movement. A display can communicate possibility. An interactive exhibit can build familiarity. Deployment requires something more: reliability → usefulness → economics → sustained operation B2AGI take: Museums do not prove that Physical AI has reached scale.
